Man, no wonder we bros Stu, I cooked a similar seafood feast for Julie as well for V-day. Grilled buttered scallop on a bed of poached spinach, steamed seabass with a touch of lemon, and prawn/baby tomato/garlic fettuccini...and by "similar", i meant "better", haha
