that navy base did a good job! i like that you read both of our blogs, and we did meet once or twice at the MTC, least we forget ;). she was blogging about the same thing. it is sad, but i am hoping that things will only get better. we'll have our little boy at the Loudoun County hospital- i am still kind of in denial that i have to birth this child ;).
