It started pouring rain on my bike ride back from the metro Friday, then the chain fell off.

Half-marathon training

This year I downgraded to the half marathon instead of the full (same place though, in Baltimore on Oct. 13). Today was my first long run...in 90% humidity. On my wrist is pepper spray.

Bad side

Usually I avoid taking pictures of the "bad side" of my face, but I'm trying to get over it. You may notice I am almost always to Stuart's left to capture my good side.
